You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when using the Services and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and may not transfer or sell your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to accurately present our products and services online. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device or display settings.
All descriptions, prices, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities sold to any person or region.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.
Your order becomes binding once we confirm acceptance and receive payment.
Orders may not be cancelled once confirmed, except as allowed under applicable law.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
You represent that your purchases are for personal, non-commercial use.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
Prices are listed in euros (€) and include Spanish VAT (IVA) where applicable.
Shipping, customs duties, and import taxes may apply depending on your destination.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice, but the price in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Once the order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged upon delivery.
SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, email us at info@bheramond.com with your order details.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back within 14 days after notifying us.
We will refund the full amount paid, excluding standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method.
Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from this right.
SECTION 7 - LEGAL WARRANTY
Products sold through our store are covered by a two-year legal warranty under Spanish and EU law (Directive (EU) 2019/771).
If a product is defective or non-conforming, contact info@bheramond.com with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
Depending on the case, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, designs, text, images, and other materials on the Services are the property of Bheramond Brand S.L. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Because our website is hosted by Shopify, certain information may be processed by Shopify and transferred internationally to provide our Services.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your place of residence within the EU.
In compliance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers may also resolve disputes through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
SECTION 22 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify you of any material changes, and continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
