We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

For national returns within Spain, shipments will be handled through Correos.
For international returns, we’ll provide a SEUR return label.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, if you prefer to arrange the return shipment yourself, you can send the item at your own expense to the following address:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund for the item’s value (excluding the return shipping cost) to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@bheramond.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including personalized items) and personal care goods.
Additionally, goggle covers, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you must provide proof of purchase.
